Garuda Martial Arts offers Taekwondo instruction in a group or private setting. We are the official home of Kombat Taekwondo, Delaware. Master Myan is an internationally recognized 4th degree black belt certified under the Kukkiwon, South Korea. He received his black belts under Grandmasters Ye Bong Choi (direct student of General Choi Hong Hi) and Young Bok Jung Park. Master Myan is the current Kombat Taekwondo full contact league President for Delaware. He was a national level competitor and the head coach for the Rutgers University Collegiate Tae Kwon Do Olympic Sparring team. He also holds several referee and coaching certifications in the sport. Taekwondo is a Korean striking art of self-defense and Olympic Sport. It is the world's most popular martial art and is known for its flashy kicks.
